Self-exclusion: taking a break

Self-exclusion lets you block yourself from betting for a set period — from a short cooling-off to months or longer. It is one of the strongest tools available.
How it works
Activate self-exclusion in your account settings or by contacting the operator. During the period you cannot log in or bet, and the operator should stop marketing to you. Some markets also offer a national, multi-operator scheme; check what exists where you live.
After self-exclusion
Use the break to seek support if you need it. Reinstatement is deliberately not instant. If you are in crisis, contact a support service immediately. 18+ only.
