Why is my deposit not showing? (deposit failed fixes)

A deposit that does not appear is almost always a timing or reference issue, not lost money. Work through these steps before retrying.

  1. Check your SMS or wallet — confirm whether the amount actually left your mobile-money or bank account.
  2. Wait a few minutes — mobile-money credits are usually fast but can lag at peak times. Do not deposit again immediately.
  3. Refresh and re-log in — sometimes the balance updates after a fresh login.
  4. Verify the details — the wallet/phone number must match your betting account, and any Paybill/reference must be correct.
  5. Contact support with the transaction ID — if money left your account but did not arrive, send the operator the provider transaction ID.

Never deposit from a wallet that is not in your own name, and avoid repeated retries that could double-charge you. 18+ only.
